The public sector is facing rapid and unprecedented change. Beyond the ongoing challenges of the pandemic, there’s been structural changes, we’ve seen machinery of government changes, at state and territory levels, at federal levels.

We’re seeing increased expectations on the public sector, there’s diminished trust of public sector institutions, not to mention major transformation programs kicking off across the board… Change has never been this fast before and will never be this slow again.

Join us for our 7 day 'Resilience at Work' training  for a collaborative learning experience where the focus is on becoming resilient. Learners will be challenged to apply new things, not hard things, but potentially life changing things.

"Great course, great structure, great resources. The course was relatable, pragmatic and fit for purpose. The course was structured in such a way that it was easy to follow, easy to comprehend and useful in the real world, i.e. current work situations. Thank you a really enjoyable course."

- Melinda Love, Senior Advisor, Transport and Main Roads (Queensland)

"The content and benefit of the course was excellent and great value for money. The interactive and the discussion forums were excellent! This was a valuable part, getting to engage with others."

- Bobby Pertini, Manager People Culture and Safety, Yorke Peninsula Council

The course experience:

This will be a collaborative, community learning experience where the focus is on becoming resilient, not just getting told what resilience is. You will be challenged to apply new things, not hard things, but potentially life changing things.
